Please check the essential information below for a safe and enjoyable festival experience!

INMUFE strives to be an eco-friendly festival.
We kindly ask you to refrain from using disposable products and
to bring reusable items such as tumblers.

Audience Guidelines
  • For safety, staff may request a bag check when entering the venue.
    (Verification of wristbands and inspection of prohibited items)
  • For safety and comfort, pets are not allowed inside the venue.
  • In the picnic zone, if staff deem any situation to pose a safety risk, you may be asked to move to another area.
  • Please note that official photography and video recording will take place during the festival.
    Your image may appear in promotional content both online and offline.
  • Personal photography and casual video recording for memories are allowed.
    However, the use of professional equipment in the standing zone, live streaming on SNS,
    or recording the live performance may be restricted by staff.
    In case of violation, staff may request deletion of data or ask you to leave the venue.
  • The organizer is not responsible for accidents, theft, or loss caused by personal negligence inside or outside the venue.
    Please take care of your safety and belongings.
Ticket & Wristband Collection Guidelines
  • Tickets are issued as mobile tickets through NOL Ticket. No physical paper tickets are provided.
  • To collect your wristband, you must present the booker’s valid ID (as listed on the booking page) along with the booking confirmation.
    (No proxy collection allowed except as specified below)
  • For minors, ticket booking and wristband collection under the name of a direct family member is permitted.
  • No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed on the day of the event. On-site ticket sales will only be available if seats remain.
  • Entry requires 1 mobile ticket per person, which will be exchanged for a wristband.
    Wristbands are attached directly by staff, and proxy collection or transfer is not allowed.
  • For group tickets, the booking holder must present ID on behalf of the group.
    All members must be present to receive wristbands together.
    If this is not possible, the booking holder may sign a proxy receipt to collect wristbands for absent members.
    In such cases, it will be considered that all wristbands have been issued, and re-issuance will not be allowed under any circumstances.
  • Wristbands are issued according to the number of tickets purchased.
    Partial collection or partial refunds are not available, even if some attendees arrive late or do not attend.
  • Queueing at the gates is only permitted after wearing the wristband.
    Staff will check at the site, and those without wristbands will be restricted.
  • Re-entry is not permitted without a wristband, under any circumstances.
  • For 2-day tickets, the wristband must remain worn on the booker’s wrist for both festival days.
    If damaged or removed, it will not be reissued. (Transfer to another person is strictly prohibited.)
